You have health insurance<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>All contacts with the General Practitioner Midden-Holland (HAP MH) will be charged.&nbsp;With your insurance details we can, if possible, claim directly from your health insurer.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Therefore, make sure that you have your correct address and insurance details at hand when you contact General Practitioner Midden-Holland (HAP MH), so that we can send the invoice directly to your health insurer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2.
