Based off the information you provide, the doctor&#8217;s assistant will determine whether:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>You are given advice by the doctor&#8217;s assistant or the GP on duty, how to perform self-care.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You are asked to come to the GP Medical Post for an appointment with a doctor,&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A GP&nbsp;will visit you at home,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You will be referred to another emergency medical care provider, such as a dentist or a specialist in the hospital.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">At the GP Medical Post<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you have an appointment at the GP Medical Post, we ask you kindly to be present at the agreed time.&nbsp;You will be helped in a treatment room or in a consultation room. This depends on your medical needs. A separate consultation hour applies to both rooms. It is possible that a patient who has arrived later will be treated earlier.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We ask you to take with you:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>your ID<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>your insurance card&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>an up-to-date overview of the medicaction&nbsp;you take<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Medical examination<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>You will be examined by a GP, a Physician Assisent, or a specialized&nbsp;Nurse. He\/she&nbsp;will give you medical advice and\/or treatment and\/or refer you for further diagnostics.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00a0If medication is prescribed, you can pick it\u00a0up at the pharmacy on duty. For further\u00a0information, see\u00a0<a href=\"\/en\/emergency-pharmacy-midden-holland\/\">pharmacy<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The GP visits you at home<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In order to inform the GP as well as possible during a visitation at home, it is important to have an up-to-date overview of your medication ready.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A summary of your contact or visit will be sent to your own doctor in order to inform him\/her exactly about your request voor help and what measurements have been taken.
