What does general practitioner care at General Practitioner Midden-Holland (HAP MH) cost?

The above rates apply from Monday to Friday from 18:00-08:00 and all day on weekends and public holidays. 
The rates are set by the Dutch Healthcare Authority (NZa).

How can you pay?

1. You have health insurance

All contacts with the General Practitioner Midden-Holland (HAP MH) will be charged. With your insurance details we can, if possible, claim directly from your health insurer. 

Therefore, make sure that you have your correct address and insurance details at hand when you contact General Practitioner Midden-Holland (HAP MH), so that we can send the invoice directly to your health insurer.

2. You do not have health insurance or your health insurance is not known to us

If you do not have health insurance or if it is not known to us, you must pay the bill directly in cash or via the ATM at the General Practitioner Midden-Holland (HAP MH). 

The costs of a contact with General Practitioner Midden-Holland (HAP MH) that we cannot declare  will be charged by means of an invoice that we send to the home address known to us. If we do not receive a response to our (reminder) invoice, we are forced to call in a collection agency.

Avoid collection costs and make sure that you have your correct address and telephone number at hand when you contact General Practitioner Midden-Holland (HAP MH). You can also send us your address details by e-mail via General Practitioner Midden-Holland (HAP MH) @hapmh.nl.

If a patient does not show up for the consultation, a triage consultation will be charged.
